Product Descriptions
We continuously update product descriptions and images across our range. While we strive for accuracy, items may differ slightly from descriptions or images. If you have any specific requests or questions, especially about versions or conditions, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Digital Copies
For certain products, digital copies are available. If you choose this option, you forfeit the right to returns or exchanges on these items. These files are provided for personal use and customization. Commercial use or redistribution is not permitted without prior permission. Ensure compatibility with your 3D printing setup before use.
Pricing
All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the website and cannot guarantee stock availability for all items.
Shipping Fees
Shipping within Sweden: 49 SEK for orders up to 499 SEK, 59 SEK for orders up to 999 SEK (free for orders over 999 SEK).
Please note that if a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, additional fees from the carrier may apply and will be invoiced to you.
We currently do not ship outside of Sweden. If you are in another country you are welcome to email us at crew@killometer.com for further assistance.
Payment Options
We offer three payment methods:
- Online Card Payment: Visa and Mastercard are accepted. You may need a bank ID or equivalent for verification.
- Klarna Check-out
- Apple & Google Pay
Delivery
Deliveries within Sweden will be made through Postnord.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on all items. Returned items should be in new condition, and value reductions may apply for opened items. A further 14-day exchange period applies beyond the return window, subject to the same conditions.
Please contact us via email to crew@killometer.com before sending any returns and include your order number in the return package. Returns must be delivered directly to our address, and fees apply for returned packages.
Damages and Complaints

Report any packaging damage upon receipt at your pickup point. For issues discovered later, please contact us to resolve with the carrier.
